Is your art really hand-drawn?
Yes. Every design is hand-drawn or hand-painted by Emma, and we never use AI.
How long will my phone case take?
Production takes 1 to 3 days, then shipping takes about 5 to 10 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on US orders. International shipping is calculated at checkout, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Will I get tracking?
Yes, we email it once your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, before it goes into production. Email us as soon as you can.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Every order is made to order, so we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
Do you take commissions?
Yes. Use the Work With Me/Commissions form on the homepage.
Where can I get discounts and launch news?

Thursday’s Child Creative Studio collects only what we need to take, make, and ship your order, and we do not sell your personal information.

Contact and order details: first and last name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, location, the items you order, and your phone model.

How you found us (“sales source”), plus device, browser, and site-usage data collected through cookies and similar tools.

Payment information is entered with our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the shop, and only for that purpose:

Casestry, our print-on-demand partner, which receives your name, shipping address, phone number, and order details to make and ship phone cases and art prints.

Analytics tools, including those built into Wix, which help us understand site traffic.

Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to run your cart and checkout and to measure site traffic. Where the law requires it (for example the EU, UK, and Canada), we ask for your consent through a cookie banner, and you can change your choice or block cookies in your browser settings.
Email marketing
We email you promotions only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We keep sending order and shipping messages even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, the EU, the UK, and Canada, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. Email us to make a request, and we will respond within the time the law requires, generally 30 to 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

EU and UK: we process your information to fulfill your order (contract), to run and improve the shop (legitimate interests), to send marketing (consent), and to meet legal duties.

International transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there and in other countries where our providers operate. We use providers that apply safeguards for these transfers where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We keep email list data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Security
We use reasonable measures, including the protections built into Wix and Wix Payments, but no online system is completely secure.

Children
Our shop is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to place orders. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date at the top of this page.

Every order is made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but we will make it right if your item arrives defective or incorrect.
Effective date: October 9, 2026. Applies to phone cases and art prints.
Made to order
Each item is printed with original artwork after you order it. Please double-check your phone model and design before checkout, because we cannot swap items ordered for the wrong model or exchange them for a different design.

What we will fix
We will exchange or, at our discretion, refund an item that:

arrives defective, for example a printing flaw or a case that does not fit the model you ordered,
-
is incorrect, meaning it is not the design or model on your order, or
-
arrives damaged in transit.

we will not replace or exchange for ordering the wrong case size

How to report a problem
Email info@thursdays-child-creative-studio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear, original photos of the item. If it arrived damaged, include the packaging and shipping label. We may ask for additional photos or details to verify the issue.
What happens next

You do not need to ship the item back. If we need it returned, we will contact you with the address and instructions.

Once your issue is approved, we will send a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations
We can cancel or change an order only before it goes into production, which usually starts within 1 to 3 days of ordering. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
​
Not considered defects
Small color differences between your screen, your lighting, and the printed item are normal, as is any variation within the normal tolerances of printing.

Lost or delayed packages
See our Shipping Policy for what we do about packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, including the rights that apply to faulty goods in the EU, UK, and Canada.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, weather, and busy seasons can add time. Orders with more than one item may ship separately.

Shipping costs

United States: free shipping on domestic orders.

International: shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship to Canada and other countries listed at checkout.

Where your order ships from
Phone cases and art prints are printed and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, from within the United States.
Tracking
Once your order finishes production and ships, we email you a tracking number.

International orders: duties and taxes
International packages may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees by your country. These are not included in your order total, and you are responsible for paying them. We cannot predict the amounts, so please check with your local customs office.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that you entered. If you notice a mistake, email us right away, and if the order has not shipped, we will try to fix it. Otherwise, you may need to pay to reship it.

Lost packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days within the US, or 30 business days for international orders, email us. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund once the carrier confirms the package is lost.
Packages marked delivered but not received
First check around your delivery spot, with neighbors and household members, and with the carrier. If it still cannot be found, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help you file a claim. We are not responsible for packages taken after delivery.

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, follow the steps in our Refund & Returns Policy, including sending photos within 14 days of delivery.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, which protect both you and the artwork we make.

Using the site
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. Please do not use the site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it, or collect data from it by automated means.
Orders and pricing

Every item is made to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy, and we accept it when we begin production and email you.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is added at checkout where required.

We may cancel and refund an order for a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or if an item becomes unavailable.

Payments are processed by Wix Payments, and we never store your card details.

Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are part of these terms.
Artwork and intellectual property
All artwork, case designs, prints, photographs, text, site design, logos, and the Thursday’s Child name and emblem are original works owned by Emma Weithas / Thursday’s Child Creative Studio and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

When you buy a case or print, you own that physical item. You do not receive any right to copy, reproduce, edit, resell, or use the artwork commercially.

You may not copy our artwork, product images, or site content, including to train or feed AI or machine learning tools, or scrape them, without written permission.

You may share our public social media posts with credit. Please do not claim our work as your own.
-
We use print partners, including Casestry, who may reproduce our artwork only to fulfill your order.
Product information
Cases are made to offer everyday protection, but we do not promise protection from all drops, impacts, or damage. Colors may vary slightly by screen and printing. Please check your device model before ordering.
Commissions
Commissioned fine art paintings are created under a written quote or agreement with you. Unless that agreement says otherwise:

A deposit of 50% is due to begin work and is non-refundable once work has started.

The price includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions are charged separately.

Timelines are estimates and depend on prompt feedback and payment.

After full payment, you own the physical painting. Thursday’s Child retains the copyright, and you may not reproduce, print, license, or otherwise reuse the artwork without our written permission.

Digital files are not included unless we agree to provide them in writing.

We may show the finished work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us in writing not to.
Email list
When you join our email list, you agree to receive marketing emails from us and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Where the law requires consent, we only email you after you opt in.
Promo codes
Promo codes have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, may have an expiration date or minimum purchase, and cannot be applied after an order is placed. We may cancel codes that are misused.
Giveaways and contests

No purchase is necessary to enter, and buying does not improve your odds.

Each giveaway’s post lists its eligibility, entry period, and prize. Winners are selected at random and contacted by direct message or email, and we may choose another winner if there is no response within 7 days.

Giveaways are void where prohibited. They are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other social platform.
Collaborations and gifted products
Creators who receive free or discounted products from us must clearly disclose that relationship when they post about them, for example with #gifted or #ad, as required by FTC rules.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided as is, to the fullest extent the law allows. To that extent, our total liability for any claim relating to your use of the site or an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas, except that consumers outside the US keep any mandatory protections of their local law.
Changes
We may update these terms, and the version posted on the effective date applies to orders placed after that date.
